Franck Lestage, a multidisciplinary trainer certified by the Fédération Québécoise de Boxe Olympique, has over 10 years' experience in the field of combat sports training.
In addition to his commitment in the field of combat sports training, he is also a seasoned fitness trainer with over 20 years' experience. Franck holds fitness certifications in Canada as well and a french athletism certification also.
